Jit Sheng Gan is an RAIA-registered architect with experience across Australia and Singapore. He has worked with leading practices such as Woods Bagot and FJMT Studio, contributing to notable projects including the Singtel Comcentre Redevelopment in Singapore, the Victoria Parade Offices in Melbourne, and the CAPRI Hotel in Penang. Grounded in the relationship between people and place, his work balances visionary thinking with meticulous detail, creating architecture that is contextual, meaningful, and enduring.

Terence is a BOA-registered architect with experience across hospitality, commercial, institutional, and residential projects. He began his career in 2017 at WOHA, a regional design practice based in Singapore, where he led projects from concept through to completion. His recent work includes The Tre Ver, a 730-unit condominium, and a new institutional building for Enabling Village, both in Singapore. Grounded in critical design thinking, his approach integrates principles of sustainability and well-being to create architecture that is purposeful, engaging, and enduring.
